1. CONCRETE PREPARATION

     Perform moisture test on substrate to insure adhesion. Perform hardness test to ensure proper         abrasion is done. Ensure pitch and slope of current surface is level. Mechanically prepare       

     (grinding) the surface to accept the coatings and ensure proper adhesion.

2. CLEAN THE SURFACE

      Remove all dust and debris from concrete ensuring the use of OSHA approved HEPA systems for        dust collection before coating begins.

3. CRACK & PIT REPAIR

      Repair any cracks or pits in the concrete.

​

4. RE-CLEAN THE SURFACE 

      After repairs are complete, remove any debris remaining.

4. PREPARE THE COATINGS FOR YOUR FLOOR

5. COAT VERTICALS AND STAIRS

​

6. APPLY POLYASPARTIC BASECOAT

​

7. BROADCAST ADDITIVES

​

8. REMOVE EXCESS & SCRAPE SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE WHEN NECESSARY

9. VACUUM ENTIRE FLOOR TWICE FOR REMOVAL OF EXCESS MATERIALS

10. APPLY CLEAR POLYASPARTIC TOPCOAT
